As the coronavirus spreads across the globe and outbreak is now described as a pandemic by the World Health Organization, we would like to keep you informed on the measures Birch is taking to provide protection for business continuity, health and safety of its staff, clients and partners.
Recent COVID-19 developments and World Health Organization’s recommendations have led us to further enforce our existing business continuity plan, enabling an effective response to any possible business disruption. In order to safeguard the interest of our key stakeholders and ensure that the company can continue its business activities to serve clients, Birch is applying a series of measures.
We have suspended all travel, client engagements and event attendance, and will use video conferencing platforms such as Zoom to keep in contact with our partners. All our employees have the technological capacity to communicate, advise and complete any other administrative tasks with remote access wherever they might be.
We closely monitor World Health Organisation’s directives and daily review our internal procedures accordingly to ensure that the company can continue its business activities without disruption and with the same quality.
We will continue to keep you informed on any further developments and we thank you for your trust and commitment so far.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.
